We agreed in principle to:
I) they put some money into the dock to fix the decking, electric water etc. approx $100k
2) IGY-AYH will enter into a fee based management agreement with them at a percentage of revenues so we
actually make money and have no risk to assume any operating expenses other than staff
3) we grant a separate revocable license on sewage use
4) permit application will be tolled without prejudice assuming there is a legal mechanic to do so. If it can't be
tolled we will continue the dispute but if they win over our objection we can revoke the license for sewage and
the management contract
5) 30 day extension in place to try to document a deal
I think its a good result and expect they will try to re trade at the margins. Albert did all the talking and wants the
deal.
